The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering best-practices in the following areas:
- recruiting and staffing logistics;
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
- employee orientation
- policy development and documentation;
- employee relations;
- benefits administration; and
- employee services and counseling.
The primary focus of the position will initially be recruitment activities for all US and global locations. Strong recruiting experience for both domestic and internation positions is required. Candidates should be able to develop creative sourcing solutions and be well-versed in utilizing social media channels.
Additional duties will include benefits support & administration, compliance issues, addressing employee inquiries, handling audits, and employee relations.
This is a newly-created position which can expand through your talents as our company and department continues to grow.
Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years experience in a generalist role in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate flexibility and strong customer service orientation. PHR certification is strongly preferred.
