Your dedicated Altair representative is accountable for your service experience and cost performance, and for assembling the appropriate resources for your program. This veteran professional delivers valuable services while building strong, partnering relationships:

• Managing the transition phase of a new relationship (whether switching from another provider, or establishing a new relocation program).
• Supporting your managers through such innovations as recruiter training, relocation training, and the Altair Advisor newsletter.
• Recommending improvements through policy benchmarking, program analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Developing unique solutions such as specialized relocation cost estimators and online tracking tools.

Your Employee Contact

The Altair consultant is solely responsible for ensuring the success of each relocation. While your relocating employee is supported by an entire team at Altair, the consultant acts as the lead, managing our team’s collective effort.
