Dennis O’Gara, GMS

President

Dennis O’Gara serves as President of Altair Global Relocation. Prior to assuming the position of President, Dennis served Altair as Executive Vice President Client Services, and was responsible for all client-related functions including U.S. Domestic and International Operations, Household Goods Move Management, Client Services, and Client Solutions. Since joining Altair’s Central Service Center and Global Headquarters in Plano, Texas, in 2004, Dennis’ leadership skills and wealth of experience in the relocation industry have proven to be invaluable assets to Altair.

Dennis contributes over 35 years of business leadership to Altair. He began his career with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. As former Chief Financial Officer for a global service organization, Dennis draws upon his vast experience working for the largest global provider of relocation services. Dennis also served as Chief Executive Officer for Fairfield Development Company and held key executive leadership positions with Budget Rent-A-Car, serving on the Executive Committee, as Senior Vice President of Truck Rental, and as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In addition, Dennis served as the former Chief Financial Officer of Equitable Relocation and held several leadership positions at GTE.

Dennis is a member of the Worldwide ERC® and holds their Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.
