Altair also has a Supplier Diversity Program to promote socially responsible spending. Our Director, Supplier Partnerships, is responsible for managing our strategic supplier alliances and diversity program, as well as the products, processes, and procedures that support these relationships. Responsibilities of the position in regards to our diversity initiatives include:

• Expanding our existing supplier database with diversity suppliers
• Encouraging existing qualified suppliers to apply for MWSDVBE status
• Developing specific training for diversity suppliers
• Rewarding and recognizing outstanding performance from diversity suppliers
• Monitoring and reporting of specific client diversity requirements

Altair gathers comprehensive information from all suppliers that provide services to Altair and our customers. MWSDVBE designated businesses are encouraged to identify themselves accordingly.
