Global Awareness
Ms. Plummer is a board member for the Dallas Summer Musicals, Baylor Health Care System Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, and the Center for Brain Health at the University of Texas at Dallas; a Worldwide ERC Foundation Trustee, serving on the Foundation Charitable Outreach Committee; a trustee for Dallas Heritage Village at Old City Park; a Development Committee member of the Museum of Nature and Science; and past President of the Alzheimer’s Women’s Association for Resources & Education (A.W.A.R.E.). Recently, Ms. Plummer has been involved in community efforts in Latin America. She serves as Second Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of The Chiapas Project, which provides micro-loans to women of the indigenous Zoque people in the State of Chiapas, Mexico. She was also part of a Dallas delegation of business and civic leaders invited to meet with former President of Mexico Vicente Fox to raise awareness and support for his CentroFox development. |
