As an example, Altair is unique in the administration of both mid- and post-move household goods surveys to transferring employees. Mid-relocation feedback allows preemptive resolution of potential problems before they happen. Post-relocation feedback is analyzed and used to both modify existing processes and create new service solutions for our entire client base.
