FRISCO, TEXAS (Apr. 22, 2020) – Altair Global, the only global mobility experience management provider in the industry, is honored to be ranked number one in highest average score for overall satisfaction among the five largest relocation management companies for the second year in a row in this year’s International Relocation Managers’ Survey© conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC.

The 16th Annual International Relocation Managers’ Survey was conducted throughout March, 2020. The overall purpose of this annual survey is to collect and report objective, unbiased information and insight on expatriate programs and the level of satisfaction with companies in a wide range of international mobility service industries.

This year’s survey participation rate was up seven percent over 2019, with 208 survey responses from international managers. Altair Global received the third most survey responses, ranking number one among the five largest relocation management companies in the following categories:

  • Highest Average Score for Overall Satisfaction
  • Highest Average Score for Quality of Service and People
