PLANO, Texas (December 18, 2018) – Altair Global announces the promotion of Benny Tan to senior vice president of Asia Pacific (APAC). In his new role, Tan is responsible for leveraging Altair Global’s capabilities as they relate to global product development and business-to-business solutions, as well as the overall growth of talent in the APAC region.

Tan joined Altair Global’s Singapore office in 2012 as vice president of APAC, and has been in the relocation industry since 2004. His experience in the Asia Pacific region spans a wide range of responsibilities for international relocation, assignment management and human resources services.

Tan received a Bachelor of Engineering in electronic and electrical engineering from NanyangTechnological University in Singapore and a diploma in computer engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He continues his commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the mobility industry by holding the WorldwideERC’s^® Global Mobility Specialist – Talent Management (GMS-T) certification and the FIDI Academy Essentials in International Moving (EiM) diploma.
