JEFF DOUGLASSCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jeff Douglass is our Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all of Altair Global’s worldwide financial strategy and operations, including client and corporate accounting, global compensation services, credit and treasury relationships, financial planning, pricing and financial analysis, and data analytics. Anything and everything that has to do with money, Jeff is a part of – and we believe he’s perfect for the job.
He’s a shareholder in the company and a key participant in our strategic initiatives and financial solutions for our client base. He has over 25 years of experience, which includes 10 years at a Big 4 firm and extensive international experience. He is a CPA and has a BBA from Notre Dame. But what’s better than a CFO with education, experience, and dedication? One who is a huge sports fan, a dedicated family man, and someone who has lived the relocation experience all of his life.
Jeff is self-described as someone who “lives and breathes college football” (because of his Notre Dame affiliation). He loves watching his kids play tennis, baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. And he plays softball himself. He is, simply said, a “team player,” in his professional and personal life alike – someone who understands the importance of practice, good coaching, and resilience through winning and losing. He’s also well-versed in the relocation process – Jeff’s dad was an attorney in the Air Force, and he is no stranger to moving. He’s had the opportunity to live in Washington D.C., Hawaii, Illinois, and Alabama to name just a few places.
Combined with his many experiences in diverse, multicultural environments, the global mobility industry was a seamless transition for Jeff. At our company, one of biggest differentiators is the approachability and involvement of our executives, and Jeff is no exception to that – we’re extremely lucky to have him as CFO of Altair Global.
