Altair provides comprehensive destination services through our trusted supplier partners in 186 countries and more than 4,000 cities, and directly by our in-house teams in France, Ireland, the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, Singapore, and Shanghai – always guided by the employee’s dedicated Customer Experience Consultant.
Destination Support to Enhance the Customer Experience
As an Experience Management (XM) organization, we track customer satisfaction in real time to enhance every stage of the relocation journey. Using industry-leading experience software from Qualtrics, we pulse employees at key “moments that matter” to understand how well their needs are being met and where we can address any issues proactively. This includes a dedicated digital experience check (called an X-check) for destination services to capture insights on the support they receive from both their Altair Customer Experience Consultant and the destination services partner. These touchpoints help us ensure each employee feels supported from start to finish.
