Physical Safeguards

We keep our offices safe, so you don’t have to worry about your data. All office locations are secured with keycard access systems to admit only authorized individuals. Visitors at our facilities are screened at a controlled reception area and issued badges only granting them access to areas pertaining to their visit. All visitors are required to be escorted during their visit – with no visitors permitted after hours.

Technical Security

Altair Global uses Next-Gen, multiple-layer firewall protection to isolate our systems from threats and vulnerabilities. All endpoints are protected by Next-Gen, enterprise-class anti-virus and anti-spyware technologies, and all computers and servers have the most up-to-date security patches. Access to network resources requires user authentication, two-factor authentication for remote access and password changes are enforced regularly.

Administrative Controls

Altair Global’s administrative controls regulate access to client and customer information to ensure only those necessary see personal data information by utilizing a restrictive, roles-based security system. We have developed procedures to account for both electronic and paper-based information, provide access to equipment, track user identifications and establish system uptime protocol. Additionally, any third-party access to our systems is strictly limited with stringent privacy procedures.
