2022 Client Partner Experience Survey Results
At Altair Global, we’re committed to an Experience Management (XM) service philosophy, which includes four core pillars: Customer Experience (CX), Supplier Partner Experience (SPX), Team Member Experience (TMX), and of course, Client Partner Experience (CPX). We measure our CPX performance throughout the year, culminating in an end-of-year survey. Our 2022 survey included four new questions around Environment Social Governance (ESG) to better understand our client’s ESG-related goals and needs, which in turn can help inform and further advance our Altair CATALYST program.
One client shared, “Over the years the dedicated Altair team has always excelled at providing white glove care to every one of our employees regardless of the management level. They are on the front lines and are the face of our mobility program and we are so grateful for their level of care, attention to detail, and high level of knowledge and experience.
