Altair Global Maintains B Score on 2025 CDP Climate Change Report
CDP, formerly called the Carbon Disclosure Project, is a global nonprofit organization that runs the world’s environmental disclosure system for companies, cities, states, and regions.
Altair Global is proud to announce that we have maintained a B score on the 2025 CDP Climate Change Report for the fourth consecutive year, as well as receiving a higher-than-average score in multiple categories, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability and accountability.
Four Years of Sustainability Momentum
“We’re proud to have maintained a CDP score of B for the fourth consecutive year,” said Chris Jackson, Altair Global’s Manager of Customer Experience in London and co-lead of Altair’s Earth-conscious team member resource group (TMRG), LIFE (Leaning In For the Environment).
“This consistency demonstrates our ongoing commitment to sustainability and reinforces the accountability that sits at the heart of our company values. Our CDP score shows Altair is maintaining a strong foundation, allowing us to build momentum, and we’re focused on turning this into even greater strides in the years ahead.”
– Chris Jackson, Manager of Customer Experience in London and co-lead of LIFE
In addition to maintaining an overall B score, our organization ranked higher than the 2025 global average in multiple categories within the report, including:
- Business Strategy
- Scope 3 Emissions
- Energy
- Public Policy Engagement and Industry Collaboration
- Risk Disclosure
Maintaining a management-level score in the CDP report and trending above average amongst our industry reflects our active efforts to measure, manage, and reduce our environmental impact. It also demonstrates that Altair is building a strong foundation for future sustainability initiatives across our operations. In other words, we’re not just talking the talk, we’re truly walking the walk when it comes to our environmental efforts.
What the CDP Score Means
A B Score Signals that Altair:
- Tracks and manages its environmental impact effectively
- Implements strategies to reduce carbon emissions
- Actively works toward improving sustainability outcomes
Driving Change Through Team Engagement
Our LIFE TMRG has played a key role in promoting environmental awareness and action across Altair, throughout all of our offices around the globe. The group encourages team members to:
- Adopt eco-conscious practices in their daily work
- Support sustainable operations across offices worldwide
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation in sustainability
Through initiatives like these, Altair ensures that environmental responsibility is an ingrained part of our culture, not just our reporting.
And they work hard on making it fun for team members, too. This past December, team members participated in a friendly competition to re-use and recycle items with an #UpcycledCheer contest, encouraging team members to take materials not typically used for holiday decorating and upcycle them into creative ornaments to adorn their trees and offices for the holiday season.
Looking Ahead at Altair’s Climate Impact
While maintaining a B score for four years in a row is a meaningful milestone, it’s just the beginning. Altair is committed to leveraging this momentum to achieve even greater environmental impact, aligning our practices with long-term sustainability goals and the needs of our client partners.
