Altair Global Announces Promotions and Organizational Changes on IT Team

PLANO, TEXAS (Aug. 4, 2017) – Jason Beaudreau, chief technology officer, recently announced organizational changes and promotions in Altair’s IT department.

Beaudreau said, “These changes are designed to put Altair in the best position to serve our customers and to support our corporate strategy. We have an exceptional team of IT professionals, and we are excited about what these leaders will do to continue growth, innovation and thought leadership in the industry.”

Sarah Fisher has been promoted to vice president, products and IT strategy. Fisher is a long-time member of the IT management team and previously served as director of business technology. Fisher will report directly to Beaudreau and is responsible for the vision and design of Altair’s software products, IT strategy and the management of the product owners, business analysts and process analyst teams.

Ken Massie has been appointed to the new role of vice president, security and IT compliance. Massie has led Altair’s infrastructure services team for many years, and in his new role, he will be responsible for information security across the company and overseeing IT compliance relating to audits.

Ricky Koester is new to the Altair Global team and joins the company as director of infrastructure services. Koester previously served as a consultant before transitioning to his current role as director. In addition to directing infrastructure services, Koester manages the IT support, operations and engineering teams.

Sarat Reddy has been named director, product development. Reddy will continue to manage the data services team and the advancement of Altair’s data platforms – in addition, Reddy will also be responsible for software development.
