PLANO, TEXAS (Oct. 4, 2016) – Chad Sterling, CEO of Altair Global, was interviewed in ReloQuest’s “Learning Through Leadership” blog series. In the conversation series, which features mobility experts and their perspectives on a variety of topics, Sterling was asked a series of questions ranging from top mobility trends to the importance of philanthropic activities.

In one question, when asked what the most important decision he makes every day as a mobility professional and leader, Sterling said, “The allocation of resources is at the core of every decision, every day. In a growing business, there is no shortage of great initiatives, great ideas, and great investments. Deciding which of those initiatives not to pursue is often the difference between a good, and a great organization.”
