Altair Global Earns the EuRA Global Quality Seal+ Seven Years in a Row

While many global mobility companies are members of the European Relocation Association (EuRA), Altair Global has taken the extra step to become EuRA Quality Seal+ (EGQS+) certified for ourselves and our clients. Altair is proud to be one of the few destination service providers (DSPs) globally to achieve this certification.

By doing so, we have proven our quality in services and processes in our five European offices in the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands for the last seven years through an external audit based on an ISO 9001 process management model.

As part of the requirements, we have demonstrated how our policies shape and define the way our company operates, both in terms of process management and successful, high-quality service delivery. We exhibit our quality and how we operate at the highest standards through our RelocationOnline experience factor metrics with scores 4.8 out of 5 in 2023.

The EuRA Quality Standard is based on ISO standards and has been designed to truly reflect the complexity of the mobility industry. Recertification takes place every two years for EGQS+ holders.
