A Continued Journey as an ESG Pioneer

Over the past decade, Altair has established itself as an ESG pioneer within global mobility, integrating sustainable practices into many aspects of its business operations. The EcoVadis assessment recognizes companies for their success in implementing and maintaining sustainable systems, and Altair’s consistent achievement of the Silver Medal places it amongst the top 25% of responsible companies assessed.

“We are immensely proud of the consistent recognition from EcoVadis. It is a significant testament to our team’s dedication to not just meet but exceed global sustainability standards.”

— Kathryn Cassidy, President and COO at Altair Global

Altair’s sustainable journey has been marked by significant milestones, including the implementation of a strategic initiative, the CATALYST program. And our approach to sustainability has not only contributed to the global cause but also inspired our own team members and supplier partners to adopt similar practices. Our efforts include two sustainability initiatives for supplier partners – a Climate Impact program and a Climate Positive program.

Focused on a Sustainable Future

The EcoVadis methodology is built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000, covering 200 spend categories and 160 countries.

“Altair’s performance in the EcoVadis assessment reflects the company’s systematic, evidence-based approach to measuring and improving our impact on the environment and society. Receiving this award for the tenth year in a row is not only an honor, but also reaffirms our commitment to our employees, our clients, our supplier partners and frankly, our planet.”

— Brian Potts, EVP, the Americas at Altair Global

Altair remains committed to enhancing its sustainability efforts and contributing to a more sustainable future for all, even encouraging our team members to get involved through their team member resource group (TMRG), LIFE (Leaning In For the Environment), where team members can collaborate globally for the sake of a greener, more sustainable future. We’re focused on continuing to innovate and lead by example, demonstrating that corporate success and responsible business practices are complementary and not mutually exclusive.
