PLANO, TEXAS (May 30, 2017) – Altair Global is delighted to welcome two new leaders to our central region service center and global headquarters in Plano, Texas. Shelly James is joining the team as director of global operations. Jeff Pearce is joining as manager of global operations.

James’ responsibilities will include managing a team of operations managers, consultants and associates and maintaining the day-to-day operations for clients. James started her career in relocation in 1999 having worked as a corporate global mobility manager for the Americas at a major technology firm, and she brings a wealth of experience and a corporate perspective to her role. James also has many years of experience in immigration.

Pearce joins our team as a manager who will be responsible for overseeing a global operations team of consultants and associates. Pearce began his career in relocation in 1997, and he brings knowledge from his past positions in operations, account management and business development to this role. Active in the relocation industry, Pearce has been published in Worldwide ERC’s® (WERC) Mobility magazine, and he also holds a Texas real estate license and the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from WERC.
