At Altair Global, we maintain an unwavering commitment to integrate sustainable programs, inclusive practices, and ethical governance into our business. Inside the ESG Report
At Altair Global, sustainability is more than a buzzword—it’s a mission that resonates through our operations and strategies. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program is a testament to our commitment to driving positive change. Built on five key goals, our ESG program aims to educate, raise awareness, and inspire action; reduce or eliminate environmental impacts; engage in and give back to our local communities; safeguard information; and adhere to all applicable rules and regulations.
We strive to embed ESG considerations into every aspect of our business, from our Climate Impact and Climate Positive programs with supplier partners to community engagement initiatives to accountability through ESG reporting with organizations like CDP, EcoVadis, Shpera, IntegrityNext, and Watershed.
Furthermore, we believe that ESG progress is powered by people. Through initiatives like Altair Cares and our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs), we empower our team members to take an active role in shaping our sustainability efforts. This collaborative culture not only enhances our impact but also fosters a sense of purpose, pride, and belonging amongst our team members.

The Road Ahead: 2025 ESG Goals
In 2025, we are excited to build upon our momentum. Firstly, Altair will commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and look to undergo third-party verification of our greenhouse gas data. We also aim to broaden our Climate Impact and Climate Positive programs to more supplier partners, assess opportunities to limit emissions from team member commuting, add ESG training sessions to internal tools, and increase continued training to 18 hours per team member.
We recognize the growing need for collective action. In the global mobility industry and beyond, we aim not only to do our part but to inspire our team members, supplier partners, and clients to join us in building a more sustainable, inclusive future.

“As a global company, we are very focused on ESG because it’s the right thing to do for the planet, our clients, our customers, and our team members. I am very proud of how our team have risen to the challenge and are making a difference every day.”
– Kathryn Cassidy, President & COO at Altair Global as well as Executive Sponsor of Altair’s ESG Committee
