Brian Potts Receives 2025 WERC Meritorious Service Award

Through his collaboration and dedication to supporting the relocation industry, we are pleased to announce that Brian Potts, Executive Vice President of the Americas, has earned a WERC Meritorious Service Award – a direct reflection of how our team members share their expertise and help in shaping the global mobility industry

Members of WERC, the global community for talent mobility, are recognized for their contributions and support of the organization, as well as the mobility industry, through the Member Awards Program. Each Meritorious Service Award recipient has received 10 service activity points from the organization through various activities and volunteer contributions.

Brian started his journey in corporate relocation more than 30 years ago, joining Altair Global over 27 years ago. Throughout his time, he has contributed to the Altair culture by collaborating and building team camaraderie, as well as to the industry through his thought leadership.

His award comes as no surprise with his many years of dedication to the workforce, including his work with WERC. He has volunteered as a speaker at previous WERC events, moderated panels, and continues his environmental effort with the organization, serving as a member on WERC’s Sustainability Advisory Council, most recently sharing insights in the “Sustainability in the Mobility Industry: Now, the Future, and the New Normal” session at WERC GWS 2024 and the webinar that followed.

Brian Potts

“I always strive to be the best ambassador I can for Altair Global, and my time interfacing with WERC now goes back over 25 years. I have learned so much from collaborating with the people who support this global industry, and have WERC to thank for providing the space and time to not only help acquire that knowledge, but also to share it out. WERC continues to be a steady and stabilizing voice as the industry evolves to generational and technological changes. I am honored to be recognized.”

– Brian Potts, Executive Vice President of The Americas, Altair Global

Brian joins a growing list of Altair Global award recipients, including Susan Myers and Kathy Couture, who both earned Meritorious Service Awards, and Benny Tan, honored with WERC’s Distinguished Service Award in 2025. In 2024, Mickey Calantropio also received WERC’s Distinguished Service Award.
