Chad Sterling Publishes “Productivity Quantified” in Mobility

PLANO, TEXAS (Sept. 14, 2016) – Altair Global’s Chief Executive Officer, Chad Sterling, CRP, GMS, recently contributed to Worldwide ERC’s ®  publication, Mobility, in an article entitled, “Productivity Quantified.” Sterling published this piece as a follow up to Altair Global’s Momentum Survey Series, a first-of-its-kind research project that quantified lost productivity in U.S. domestic relocations. The study also offers creative, realistic solutions to mitigate the loss.

“Without factoring in workplace productivity and looking only at the direct costs of employee relocation, we are telling only part of the story. The results from the Momentum study help to fully illustrate the return on investment a company realizes as a result of employee mobility,” writes Sterling.

In addition to the first, U.S. domestic-focused study, Altair Global is currently developing the second report in the series, which focuses on productivity-related challenges and solutions for international assignments.
