Altair Global prides itself on our team members’ accomplishments, service, and the efforts they contribute to the industry. We are proud to recognize Kathryn Couture, Senior Vice President of Client Partner Experience for the Atlantic and Midwest regions, as she received the WERC Meritorious Service Award, honoring her contributions to global mobility.

WERC acknowledges members who have dedicated their time to supporting and shaping the industry through its Member Awards Program. The award is given to those who have accumulated 10 service points through volunteer activities with the organization.

Kathy will be joining several of her fellow Altair team members in this recognition through her many contributions, including speaking on panels, webinars, and at forums, such as sharing her expertise regarding the recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) Buyer Broker Settlement.

This year, Kathy has furthered her involvement with WERC, volunteering on two committees with the organization as WERC 2025 Service Provider Advisory Council Co-Chair and Buyer Broker Compensation Ad Hoc RMC Subcommittee Chairperson.
