Mary Beth Nitz Promoted to Vice President of Global Consulting Services

Plano, Texas (June 21, 2016) – Altair Global is pleased to announce that Mary Beth Nitz has been promoted to vice president, global consulting services. Previously the director for this department, Nitz has responsibility for the overall operations of Altair’s global consulting department and reports directly to Executive Vice President, Elizabeth Stewart. Nitz’s position will continue to drive thought leadership and oversee global policy design – in addition to benchmarking, best practices consulting, industry research and trend reporting.

Nitz joined Altair Global’s headquarters and central region service center in Plano, Texas, in 2011. Since beginning her mobility career in 1992, she has acquired extensive experience in human resources, relocation / assignment management and global consulting. Nitz’s career within the mobility industry includes roles as client services manager, director of global consulting and executive recruiter.

Nitz holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) designations from Worldwide ERC® (WERC). She has received a Meritorious Service Award and a 2016 Distinguished Service Award from WERC for her many contributions to the industry. In addition, Nitz received the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management®. She is also certified in international remuneration, including international benefits, expatriate compensation and international total remuneration from the WorldatWork human resources association.
