Altair Global’s dedication to the global mobility industry was evident. Elevating Mobility through Experience Management (XM)

RMC Industry Trends: Policies, Technology, and the Relocation Industry Business Model with Kathryn Cassidy | Wednesday, October 18

One of the highlights of our GWS experience was Altair’s President and COO, Kathryn Cassidy’s participation in a main stage panel session. Just following the conference’s kickoff opening keynote, Kathryn was among a group of relocation management company (RMC) leaders who explored the latest changes, challenges, and advancements within mobility. The discussion included as the hot topic of the day, artificial intelligence, and its impact on future RMC business models. Altair’s presence and Kathryn’s answers on this panel, including how AI can be harnessed as an efficiency-gaining assistant to a human’s work – not a replacement, underscored our commitment to innovation and forward-thinking solutions in the field of mobility.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiatives: A Sustainable Approach to Mobility

7th Annual Supplier Partner Awards Ceremony and Luncheon | Tuesday, October 17

The Supplier Partner Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was more than just a celebration of excellence; it was a testament to Altair’s commitment to ESG initiatives. The event reinforced the importance of sustainability and collaboration within our industry, not only recognizing exceptional supplier partners for their dedication in typical categories like real estate broker services and logistics support services, but also honoring those with ESG-focused business strategies in the categories of environmental consciousness, humanitarian commitment, and innovation. Altair recognized our outstanding supplier partners who share our vision for a more sustainable future over a ceremony and lunch to kick off the week’s conference and events.

Networking and Celebrating Excellence

Strategic Sponsor Booth at WERC Exhibit Hall | Wednesday, October 18 and Thursday, October 19

It wouldn’t be a proper WERC GWS without networking opportunities! We continued the XM conversation over at our booth, where attendees could follow Altair’s own XM journey through a timeline map that wrapped around our booth. Additionally, attendees got to pick their own, limited-edition enamel pins as a keepsake to wear at future GWS events.

Sponsored Wednesday Night Live and Photobooth | Wednesday, October 18 at The Royale Nightclub

Altair was proud to once again sponsor the popular, annual, ticket-entry-only event, Wednesday Night Live, an evening filled with live music from a lively and entertaining band at The Royale Nightclub. To continue our dedication to attendees’ experience, we also sponsored a green screen photo booth with fun props and a Boston-themed backdrop that provided for both print and digital photos sent straight to attendees’ email addresses.

Altair Global Client Dinner | Thursday, October 19 at The Banks Fish House

Our week at GWS concluded with a memorable dinner at The Banks Fish House in celebration of our incredible client partners. The event provided a platform for corporate representatives and Altair team members to celebrate new and continued partnerships, as well as share insights. The evening was filled with the best fresh seafood Boston had to offer, live caricature portraits, and the picturesque backdrop of historic Trinity Church.

In conclusion, Altair’s presence at GWS was marked by its dedication to the themes of XM and ESG. As we look ahead to the next WERC conference in Maryland in October 2024, Altair remains committed to driving excellence and sustainability in the mobility sector.
