Aligning perfectly with Earth Day’s “ Invest in Our Planet” slogan, Altair Global and our supplier partners are indeed investing! 

In 2022, Altair partnered with two forestry organizations, OneTreePlanted and Ecologi, as well as Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity and their Zero Net Energy (ZNE) program. Participating supplier partners make donations to the forestries for every service order they receive from Altair. Additional donations are also being made to Habitat for Humanity if certain climate-positive actions, such as a virtual household goods survey or a virtual rental tour, have taken place.

Since the collaboration began, 7,230 trees have been planted. More trees result in cleaner air and water while also protecting 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. In addition, every donation to Habitat for Humanity goes toward building homes in lower income communities utilizing solar and other ZNE technologies.
