PLANO, TEXAS (April 14, 2016) – Altair Global’s Chief Executive Officer, Chad Sterling, announced today that Jeff Douglass has been named Chief Financial Officer. Douglass will be responsible for the financial operations and support services of the company. He will oversee the delivery of corporate and client accounting operations, global compensation services, pricing and financial analysis, and data analytics. In this role, he will be a member of the Altair Executive Committee. Douglass joined Altair’s Global Headquarters and Central Service Center in Plano, Texas, as Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, in 2014.

“Jeff has been an invaluable asset to the organization as we continue to strengthen our focus on our global footprint and service delivery. He has been an instrumental resource, leading our acquisition of NOVA Relocation Group earlier in the year while consistently delivering exceptional financial management,” said Sterling.

In addition to his time at Altair, Douglass has over 24 years’ experience in corporate accounting and finance, including extensive international experience. His previous positions include Vice President of Finance for a global wireless services and software provider headquartered in the United Kingdom, Director of Finance for a publicly-held technology and data services provider, and Business Consulting Manager and Experienced Audit Senior for a major accounting firm.

Douglass received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
