Altair Global Announces Global Headquarters Move to Frisco in 2019
PLANO, Texas (November 8, 2018) – Altair Global, a leading provider of relocation and assignment program services, will be moving their global headquarters office to Frisco, Texas, in the fall of 2019.
The global mobility services firm has signed a lease in Frisco’s HALL Park at 3201 Dallas Parkway for almost 65,000 square feet. Altair Global was represented in its search and lease negotiations by Cushman & Wakefield’s Randy Cooper, Maureen Kelly Cooper, Dean Collins and Emily Hoffman. HALL Park was represented by HALL Group’s Kim Butler, Cynthia Cowen and Brad Gibson.
“We are in the business of providing experiences,” Chad Sterling, chief executive officer of Altair Global said. “The importance of a physical environment to accentuate our culture translates to better experiences for our customers. We involved our team members from the very beginning and HALL Park delivers the amenity suite our team members identified as critical to productivity and work life balance. This decision will allow everyone at Altair Global to bring their best selves to the workplace and will extend to our customers, many of whom are challenged with being transferred across the world, often facing incredible logistical challenges under short time frames. Being part of a welcoming, diverse and supportive community like Frisco is so positive for our business.”
Altair Global provides a full range of global mobility services to an impressive list of corporate clients. Complemented by cutting-edge technology solutions, business location advisory services and professional consulting services, Altair Global plays a major role in solving companies’ talent management challenges. The company currently employs more than 300 team members at its Plano, Texas, headquarters with additional offices across the globe.
“Our own talent recruitment and retention is very important to Altair,” said Jeff Douglass, chief financial officer at Altair Global. “We are investing in more efficient space, which also incorporates a more up-to-date office design, in order to prioritize our team member experience.”
Knowing the real estate market in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and specifically in the city of Frisco is extremely active and competitive, Altair began its search for new space early on, resulting in the ability to act quickly and decisively. HALL Park features all the amenities that Altair was in search of including fitness centers, outdoor meeting spaces, an event lawn with outdoor grills and recreational space, conference centers and great restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the city of Frisco provides numerous advantages such as being named “the best place to live in America” by Money magazine and the “best mid-sized city to move to” by Movoto.com and MSN Real Estate. As a premiere destination for corporate headquarters, Frisco is now the home to The Dallas Cowboys, Jamba Juice, Gearbox, Tenet and Conifer.
“We are extremely excited about this move. Our new space will allow us to create a workplace environment that captures the essence of the Altair Global culture. I am confident our new location will be a wonderful home for many years to come,” stated Kathryn Cassidy, president and chief operating officer.
