PLANO, TEXAS (Sept. 15, 2015) – Altair Global is proud to announce that Senior Vice President of Operations, Laura Gatins, has been appointed to serve as a councilperson on the international business advisory council at the University of Texas at Dallas.

The purpose of the council is to help advise the Naveen Jindal School of Management in regard to international business and global mobility. Altair has had a successful internship program with the university over the last few years, and the council’s goal is to expand students’ understanding of international business and the related career paths that may be available to them. Gatins has also been asked to speak in November to the student body on global mobility and human resources.

“This is an exciting opportunity to open students’ eyes to the vast career path that is open to them in global mobility and talent management. I am honored to serve on the committee and to do my part in educating the future leaders of my industry,” said Gatins.
