In 2025, Altair Global advanced innovation in its service offerings through enhanced technology, responsible AI adoption, and expanded environmental, social, governance (ESG) initiatives. Key milestones included updates to the STAR platform, industry recognition at WERC Global 25, signing the EU AI Pact, and surpassing one million meals donated through Move For Hunger. This year in review highlights how Altair continues to shape the future of global mobility.

As 2025 comes to a close, Altair Global is reflecting on a year defined by innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact. From advancing technology and responsible AI to strengthening ESG commitments and celebrating the people behind our success, this year reinforced our organization’s vision to shape a world where workforce mobility is transformative and impactful.

Enhancing the Corporate Relocation Experience Through Technology

In 2025, Altair continued to evolve the customer experience (CX) with significant enhancements to the STAR platform, our end-to-end digital companion designed to support relocating customers throughout every stage of their move. Read more about how Altair reimagined the customer experience here.

Within STAR, we also launched Marketplace, a curated shopping experience with Altair’s trusted move partners that supports self-managed relocations while maintaining the transparency and flexibility today’s workforce expects.

Industry Engagement and Recognition for Global Mobility Leadership

Our company and team members were both recognized throughout 2025 for leadership, service, and innovation within the global mobility community, such as Altair’s recognition at WERC Global 25.

Three Altair leaders received WERC Meritorious Service Awards: Brian Potts, EVP of The Americas; Susan Myers, SVP of Global Financial Services; and Kathy Couture, SVP of Atlantic and Midwest Regions. Additionally, Benny Tan, SVP of APAC, was recognized with both the WERC Distinguished Service Award and the President’s Award.

Altair team members remained deeply engaged in advancing the global mobility profession throughout 2025. Kathy Couture, SVP of Atlantic and Midwest Regions, was appointed co-chair of the WERC Service Provider Advisory Council, contributing to industry standards and collaboration. Niamh Columb, Director of Client Partner Experience, graduated from the FEMA Emergency Management Basic Academy, expanding her expertise in emergency preparedness, while Simon Scott, VP of Destination Services & Finance, joined the ARP Executive Board, further strengthening Altair’s leadership presence.

Advancing Responsible AI in Global Mobility Programs

We became the first relocation management company to signing the official EU AI Pact, reinforcing leadership in responsible AI adoption within global mobility programs.

Throughout the year, Altair shared insights on technology and artificial intelligence in corporate relocation through original articles and industry features. Our expertise was also recognized in Mobility magazine, highlighting Altair’s role in advancing AI-driven mobility solutions.

Strengthening ESG Commitments and Social Impact in Mobility

Altair entered its ninth year of partnership with Move For Hunger and surpassed one million meals donated through relocation-related initiatives, like our annual Whoville fundraising event at our Frisco, Texas headquarters.

We also released our 2025 ESG Report, outlining progress across sustainability, social responsibility, and governance.
