Altair Global, the leading provider of corporate relocation management services dedicated to experience management (XM), is proud to announce that they have been named Employer of the Year by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce during their annual awards gala on January 27.

Additionally, Amy Fedele, Executive Administrative Assistant, received the award for Admin Professional of the Year.

Altair attributes this recognition to its commitment to team member experience (TMX) as one of its four XM pillars. The company is coming off a strong year for team growth in 2022, which saw 161 new hires, 75 promotions throughout their workforce, and 109 internal transfers.

Included in the new hires are the following leadership roles:

• Liana Ciatto, Senior Vice President, Client Services
• Lisa Mendelsohn, Senior Vice President, Client Services
• Ashley Jacobs, Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Along with XM, the company also credits team members’ love for the organization to its Inclusion & Diversity initiatives and focus on Environmental Social Governance (ESG), such as their newly launched dedicated volunteer days (one per quarter) for team members to support their community and environment. Altair maintains a diverse and inclusive company culture going into 2023, with 74% of their employment base consisting of females, and one third of their team members made up of minority groups.

To support growth globally, two of Altair’s international offices are relocating to larger spaces. In the UK, Altair’s London office moved to a larger space in January (their new address is 8th Floor, 30 Churchill Place, London E14 5RE, UK), and Altair’s Singapore office is also set to move into a larger space at the end of February.
