Creating a Legacy of Sustainable Culture
At Altair Global, we are dedicated to caring about our impact on the environment, cultivating inclusive communities, and protecting our data and the data entrusted to us by our clients. We chose the word “Catalyst” for the name of our ESG initiatives because we are, and will be, a change agent in this area. The goals of our CATALYST program are to:
- Bring awareness and inspire action in our team members
- Minimize or greatly reduce our environmental impact where we can
- Give back to our local communities
- Ensure we’re all following the rules as we go
Altair’s dedicated ESG Committee consists of senior leaders from human resources, reporting, compliance, operations, and supply chain. The ESG Committee is responsible for supporting various initiatives aligned with the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs). We have chosen 9 of the 17 SGDs as our focus.
