Altair Global is excited to be one of the first 25 companies to partake in this first-year pilot.

Through Worldwide ERC, Altair will be sponsoring a diverse intern (defined as someone who identifies as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, Asian, Native American, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander) for the summer of 2022 with the goal of creating better equality and opportunities for students of color to level the playing field and positively impact ongoing career success.

This unique, industry-wide program will employ at least 25 students in 10-week internships with various mobility service organizations. Worldwide ERC is partnering with Historically Black Colleges and Universities to find high-potential talent to apply for the internships. The host companies will provide each intern with a mentor, who will give guidance and coaching throughout the program.

Each intern will participate in training specific to the relocation and mobility industry and will also work with peer interns in the program on a project that will be presented to a panel of leaders from the host organizations.
