Looking Back on 2024: 12 of Altair Global’s Favorite Things
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, or perhaps five golden rings with a partridge in a pear tree? Ahead of the holidays and with the ever-famous tunes stuck in our heads, we are wrapping up 2024 by recapping some of our most memorable moments from the year.
These are a few of our favorite things from 2024.
12+ Conferences and Events Attended by Team Members
Our team has been busy this year representing Altair at various conferences and events around the world. From local, regional events to global conferences, our team celebrated our partnerships, shared knowledge with the industry, learned future developments, and connected with and met new industry peers.
11 Global Offices with 2 Moves
Since 2018, Altair has had 11 offices located around the world: Frisco, Texas; Shelton, Connecticut; Walnut Creek, California; Minnetonka, Minnesota; and seven globally: London, UK; Brussels, Belgium; Paris, France; The Hague, the Netherlands; Dublin, Ireland; Singapore; and Shanghai, China.
Within the last year, we have updated two of our locations. Our Dublin office has relocated to their new home in a landmark former seed-and-grain warehouse, while our Shelton office is undergoing an exciting renovation.
10 Years in a Row Achieving Ecovadis Silver Ranking
For the 10th consecutive year, we are honored to have received the EcoVadis Silver Medal for sustainability, recognizing our commitment to corporate social responsibility and our continued environment, social, and governance (ESG) efforts.
9 Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs)
Our TMRGs are always finding ways to get involved with the community and foster diversity and inclusion amongst team members. This year we were excited to announce our new co-leads for BOLD (Black Organizers and Leaders for Diversity), celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with ALMA (Altair Latin American Memories and Ancestry), support breast cancer awareness with POWER (Promoting Opportunities for Women to Excel and Rise), and so much more.
8th Annual Supplier Partner Awards
This year, we hosted our 8th annual supplier partner awards where we had the opportunity to recognize the outstanding achievements of our global network of trusted suppliers and their partnership with Altair. We highlight exceptional performance, social responsibility, environmental consciousness, innovation, promising new partnerships, and time-honored relationships.
In National Harbor, Maryland, during the WERC Global Workforce Symposium conference, we had a great time celebrating the winners to honor these relationships and acknowledge each of their achievements with Altair to benefit our clients and their relocating customers.
76% Female Team Members
Altair has created an inclusive culture full of diverse backgrounds, where people are valued, included, heard, and can be their authentic self since we are better together.
Our TMRG POWER has developed a space where women can meet others and help each other excel in their respective fields. Our community fosters an environment that promotes the best possible version of each other, no matter the background, and allows all persons a seat at the table.
6,105 Training Hours
As seen in our latest ESG report, our team has recorded 6,105 training hours to better assist others while promoting growth and development. Our training courses include lessons that help each individual further their experience and expand on their interests.
5th Annual Grinch-themed Whoville Food Drive
Every year, we host our largest volunteer effort along with fantastic sponsors, benefiting our partner, Move for Hunger, and this year, Frisco Family Services.
Our community showed up and showed out to help make a difference this holiday season for families in need. The event was filled with donations, local market pop-ups, activities, and, of course, appearances from the Grinch!
4 Experience Management Pillars
This year, we celebrated 35 years of Altair and 5 years of being an experience management (XM) organization. Altair has a commitment to fostering connections and doing the right thing, which is why we transformed into an XM-focused organization, focusing on building our relationships through the Client Partner Experience (CPX), Customer Experience (CX), Supplier Partner Experience (SPX), and Team Member Experience (TMX). This year, we had the opportunity to share our developments, improvements, and insights working with XM and look forward to continuing to build valuable partnerships over the next five years.

2 Whitepapers Released on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Settlement
Over the past year, announcements were made highlighting the upcoming changes within the real estate landscape. 2024 saw the real estate landscape shaken up with landmark lawsuits against NAR, which impact buyer broker compensation. Altair kept our partners up to date on the changes to U.S. buyer broker commission laws and the potential impact and implications for mobility programs in our whitepapers.
Additionally, Kathy Couture, SVP of Client Partner Experience – Atlantic and Midwest Regions, discussed this matter further at the 2024 WERC GWS “U.S. Buyer Broker Litigation Updates and Town Hall with WERC’s Ad Hoc Group Leaders” panel, highlighting the importance of transparency and continuing to train and understand more going forward.
